OUR ROLE
We joined forces with Community Resource Project, California Mobility Center, and other esteemed organizations to develop an all new job training program that includes Virtual Reality experience before doing hands-on training.

DESCRIPTION
The Electric Vehicle Job Training Program highlighted our expertise in Project Management, Community Engagement, and Curriculum Development. Leveraging our VR technology, we developed an immersive, hands-on training environment encompassing EV operations, battery maintenance, and charger installation to foster a deep understanding. This 8-week program has empowered 100 individuals, including women, refugees, youth, and those without technical backgrounds, to pursue job opportunities within Sacramento’s underserved, low-income community.
